Double-sided processing with a precision grinder. We processed a metal plate with parallelism and flatness of ±1μ (microns). (SPHC material)
(Surface roughness: about Ra0.8μ)
Measurements are taken using a surface plate with a pick test of 1μ.

●Application
・Jig for checking the warpage of blades.
・A jig for checking the flatness of knives, natural whetstones, artificial whetstones, etc.
- Back pressing using abrasive paste.
・Attach sandpaper or the like to the base plate to smooth out the surface of the whetstone.
In addition, please use it for various purposes.

* There are nests, scratches, etc. in the material. Please refrain from bidding if you are looking for perfection.

* The photo showing the back of the chisel is made by adding diamond paste (oil-based) with abrasive grains of 0.5μ to 3μ, laying paper on this product, and polishing it to a mirror finish.
